Who you buy from

Rankazoo is run by Pilar Media AS, org.nr. 837 083 192, Storengveien 59B, 1368 Stabekk, Norge. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller on the receipt and handles VAT, receipts and payment questions. Your statement may show “LINK.COM* Rankazoo”.

What you buy

Packs are permanent one-time purchases of digital in-game content. The price shown is final, including VAT. No subscription, no automatic renewal.

A pack belongs to the account you are signed in with and is available on every device where you sign in. Only the host of a friend room needs the pack.

Delivery

The pack is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. If it does not appear within a few minutes, sign out and in again, or contact us.

Right of withdrawal

Digital content is delivered immediately. By buying, you expressly agree that delivery starts at once and that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Refunds and complaints

If a pack does not work as described, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law. Email info@pilarmedia.no from the address you bought with and we will fix it or refund you. A refund removes access to the pack.

Content changes

Packs receive yearly rating updates. Purchased content is not removed, but individual people may be moved or re-rated.
